If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PELXTR, Pelister Xtreme Trail Running, Novosadska 10, 7000 Bitola.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to PELXTR, accessible from http://www.pelxtr.run
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order under the following conditions.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is May 22nd 2024.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns
If an athlete is unable to participate and wishes to cancell their registration, they must notify the organizers by e-mail at the following address: contact@pelisterultra.run
Procedures for reimbursement are as follows:

Cancellation until 22.05. 2024 - 60% REFUNDATION (Note: bank commissions are not included. Cancellation valid only with a medical certificate. Transfer of paid funds to the following year is not possible)
Cancellation after 22.05.2024 - NO REFUNDATION In this case, the runner will also waive the starting package and all other event benefits
Should the race be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control after 22.05.2024, the Organizers reserve the right to refund 60% of the registration fee paid or transfer registration to the next Year. This percentage is calculated to enable the Organizers to cover part of the expenses incurred which cannot be recovered.

Should the race be cancelled or interrupted on racedays for atmospheric reasons 72 HOUR MAX BEFORE START, or for any other reason beyond our control, no refund of the registration fee will be made.

Each participant may transfer his/her own starting place to any other person without incurring additional costs.
Each participant is free to transfer his/her starting place to the following year 2024 free of charge.
In case of impossibility or absolute ban on holding PUTM on the scheduled date due to prescribed measures by the State Ministry of Health of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, each participant retains the same options described above, regardless of the date of entry into force of this situation and decision..
